Single Sign-On (SSO)
Your team already logs into your company systems with one set of credentials. With SSO, they use those same credentials for REV3 — no separate username and password to create, remember, or reset. Works with Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD, and other identity providers. New employees can be set up automatically when they sign in for the first time.
API Access & Token Management
Build custom connections between REV3 and your other business tools. The API lets your developers search for documents, pull files, create records, and automate workflows — all programmatically. Each connection gets its own credentials with specific permissions, so you control exactly what each integration can do.
AI Workflow & Document Classification
Upload a document and let AI figure out what it is. REV3's AI reads the document image, identifies the type (invoice, contract, permit, letter, etc.), and fills in the metadata fields — automatically. Unlike template-based OCR where every document has to look the same, AI classification works on documents with different layouts from different sources. It even learns from corrections, getting more accurate over time.
