Soft Delete on Documents & Pages
Accidentally deleted a document? With soft delete, nothing is gone for good right away. Deleted items go to a Trash area where they can be recovered for up to a year. You control how long items are kept, and who's allowed to restore them. Think of it as an "undo" button for your filing system.
Customizable Invitation Email Templates
When you invite a new user to your workspace, the email they receive looks like it came from you — your company name, your message, your style. No more generic "You've been invited to a software platform" emails. You can also customize password reset emails the same way.
Custom Branding
Upload your logo, choose your brand colors, and make REV3 look like it belongs to your organization. This is especially important if clients, auditors, or external partners log into your system — they'll see your brand, not ours.
Two-Factor Authentication (TOTP)
Add a second step to every login for extra security. After entering their password, users type in a 6-digit code from an app on their phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Duo Mobile, Authy, or similar). You can require it for everyone or just admin accounts. If someone hasn't set it up yet, they'll be walked through it right at the login screen — scan a QR code, enter a code, done. Zone OCR & Barcode Indexing Automation
Tired of typing in the same fields for every document you scan? With Zone OCR, you draw a box around the area on a document where the information lives (like the invoice number, date, or total) — and from then on, the system reads that information automatically every time you scan a similar document. It also reads barcodes and QR codes. The result: hundreds of documents indexed in the time it used to take to do ten.
Custom Forms for Batch Processing
Imagine scanning a stack of 200 mixed documents — invoices, contracts, letters, receipts — and having the system automatically figure out what each one is, where one ends and the next begins, and how to file them. That's what custom forms do. You set up the rules once, and the system applies them to every batch you scan.
Match & Merge with External Data Sources
Your customer database, accounting system, or Excel spreadsheet already has the information you need — names, addresses, account numbers. Match & Merge connects that data to REV3. When you enter a customer ID on a document, the system automatically pulls in all the matching details. No retyping, no copy-pasting, no mistakes.
Automated Data Syncing
Once you've connected your external data, syncing keeps it current without any effort on your part. Set a schedule — every hour, every day, whatever you need — and REV3 automatically checks for changes and updates your document fields. When a customer's address changes in your database, it updates everywhere in REV3 too.
Full User & Document Audit Trails
A complete record of everything that happens in your system. Who logged in, when, and from where. Who viewed a document. Who changed a field (and what it was before). Who deleted something. It's all recorded, searchable, and available when you need it — for compliance audits, internal investigations, or just peace of mind.

Let your team log into REV3 with the same username and password they use for everything else at work. No separate account to manage, no extra password to remember.
